This was the first time I tried out the Magic Lantern “Intervalometer” function on my Canon. It allows the user to conveniently take time lapses, without having to make use of a remote shutter. This means that you don’t have to baby sit your camera and press the shutter a thousand times to capture your time lapse. While the Magic Lantern was doing its thing, taking snaps every few seconds, I was running around on Sandton City’s rooftop scouting for subjects that I could photograph. The Magic Lantern is really making my life a lot easier, especially in terms of time lapses.
